M. E. Bakos

I write the Home Renovator Series, Fatal Flip and Deadly Flip under the penname of M. E. Bakos.

The cozy mystery series is set in fictional Crocus Heights, Minnesota. Katelyn, my heroine, flips houses for a living after losing her job. She is passionate about home improvement and wants to follow her dream. But when bodies show up, she finds herself the middle of mystery and mayhem.

Like my main character, I love a project (usually). Although, now I prefer to hire it done, rather than DIY. I am an alumna of the University of Minnesota, belong to Twin Cities SINC and have written numerous short stories. More recently, novels. I live in Minnesota with my husband, Joe Sebesta, and very spoiled Morkie.
